there is a signifigicant gain all across the powerband yes, but its probably even more noticeable since my LS was running so poorly before the conversion.

has I said you do have to machine both the ls and the vtec head gaskets, I checked the last night.

ok, let me type this on my own


If you use golden eagle dowel pins, you do not (that was DO NOT) have to enarge ANY dowel holes if you use a GSR/B16/ITR headgasket, tell me you have to enlarge all you want, but i have done MANY vtec conversion @ the shop with oem headgaskets strait from honda and you do not have to do anything but set them over the dowel pins... you do have to enlarge if you use an ls gasket.
