just thought id say that projekteg lives in the shittiest state ive ever seen. the whole state is nothing but a ------- trailor park.....cotton fields and garbage everywhere......houses are boarded up and right next to them the family lives inna trailor instead....i dont get it.

the standard of living is rediculously low there

dates back to 1800s....NC wasnt the brightest spot on the map. They were one of the first slave states....plantation based....less community centered....blah blah. Lost a lot during the war too.

wait a minute now, there are some shitty areas, but you can't call a whole state shitty until you've seen the whole state. if that's what the area looked like that you visited, then that doesn't say much for the school you guys played. as far as trailer parks, here's my philosophy on those, trailer parks are to the south as the projects are to the north :-\ don't make me throw up some pics of the area that i live (on the coast right near the beach), it is beautiful, and yeah, you can find trailers anywhere you want to look, but north carolina is a beautiful state with more history than just about any norhtern state, not to mention, we have it all. the beach and waterways are just minutes from me, but if i want to go skiing/snowboarding, it's just a couple of hours in the other direction.

thank you holly, nc has some very interesting and historical places. every where you go there are historical signs with some sort of story for that area.

how did you know? actually, i did just get put on intensive probation for felony elluding arrest (running from the cops), this happened a long time ago but i had my lawyer continue it forever, i have to be in the house by 7:00pm which is o.k. because i have a family and don't do ---- anyways. i also have to take drug/alcohol tests randomly, which is also o.k. becaue i don't drink or do drugs. it was either probation or 30 days jail time, the porobation is no different than my every day life anyways, so i just took that ;D

thank you for the kind words douche, but no, unfortunately i wasn't on a bike or no, i wouldn't have gotten caught. what makes it even worse is that i wasn't even in my civic, i was in my xterra which hits fuel cut off at 90 mph, so i guess getting caught was inevitable.

Wow projekteg I didnt know you were on probation. But anyways I use to live in the south and I lived in south carolina for like 6 years. There nothing wrong with those states well there is but there are some nice things about it down there. North carolina established the first english colony in the new world back in the day. Plus they have the largest lighthouse in the us called cape lookout. The Wright brothers flew there first plane in nc. Its the leader of the largest tobacco industry along with corn, brick, cotton, etc,etc, Plus jesse Jackson was from nc ;D I'm in history class right now so we have a fact sheet in our book that tells us ----. So nc is not a boring state. ;)

NC and VA are very simaler looking so show NC a little love its a great state if you know where to go has some real nice places and damn do u got to love the beaches there so don't be disson on it

Yeah, the geographics are interesting too...the beaches look much different than Florida or Cali or whatnot...its weird. Its like a different society nestled into the south....the people are much more relaxed too. I give southerners props, they live less stressful lives....(or seem to).

we are in better spirits because we don't have to shovel and plow snow all freakin winter! I could just about ride a motorcycle here all winter without freezing to death. plus its only real hot for couple of weeks. its all good. i like snow also, just not for long periods of time. I used to live in a trailer also. still own it, but got married and bought a house, so i'm getting ready to rent the trailer.

i think the reason that there are so many trailers down here is because there is so much open land and people would rather spend their money on a few acres of land and just put a nice trailer or modular home on it as opposed to spending 300k plus for a nice house on .5 acre. just my .02. i've never lived in a trailer and honestly never would, although i'm sure i could have bought a nice as triple wide with like 6 bed rooms and jacuzzi tubs and what not and had it bricked in for the same price that i just bought my house, but to me, it's still a trailer.
