Too bad your brother didn't have a weapon to legally defend himself with. That's just chickenshit. It would have to be some pretty serious ---- for me to come at you with a baseball bat, like you killed one of my loved ones or you did something to horrible to someone that you deserved to die over it and I was going to spend my life in jail for taking your life. Nobody knows how to fight anymore. :3

Just not kids now similar thing happened to me when I was 16 or so. Kid talks ---- to me I make him look like a fool. Comes back to my house with a bat. Takes a swing at me,misses. I grab the bat acted like I was goin hit him with it, threw the bat. Beat his ass. My dad comes outside and thats the end.

he is fine, it happened a couple weeks ago but i just found out last night. i live 2.5hrs from him so we only talk to each other a couple times a month. i'm gonna call my Ma in the morning to see whats up

what sucks other than getting his head beat in is that he just got done w/ his associates degree and only started working 2 months ago, no insurance :-\
ambulance ride, the staples and tetnaus shot, and a 36hrs stay in the hospital is going to be big $$$

Careful on any retaliation... my brother is in prison for killing a guy in a fist fight. Even without weapons, things can go bad.

when i talked to my cousin last night i didnt get the full story, when i talk to my mom tomorrow i will find out.

he has plenty of guns, he has been hunting since he could walk pretty much. he bought a couple handguns but he cant legally own them till he is 21(next week) he already plans on getting his concealed carry permit
