no not at all.
its because you covered up the entire intercooler with bumper and made no ducting. use a hammer to take the bugs out. |

Technically, since you really only use the first 4 inches of the intercooler to actually cool the intake charge, the extra mass from the hoppers should effectively allow more thermal transfer from the IC itself. :6

you should relocate the license plate and use it as a front spoiler to increase downforce and direct air into the intercooler.
I'm sure that alone will add 5hp AND blow the bugs off the IC |
