the new models are stroked to 2.2 liters
same hp, more torque down low and less high revving

new S2K with 2.2L revs to 8500. Honda recommends that you drive for at least 6-700 miles before even getting into VTEC let alone 'raping the ---- out of it'. just thought you should know

I've had various sources tell me that engines are blasted to the redline through all gears in the factory, as a part of testing before the cars are shipped out.

it is still under warranty go ------- own the thing. if anything happens it'll either be under warranty, or will only show so far down the line that she won't own it anymore anyway.
