my first engine removal ~~CRAZY ASS UPDATE~~

1995 Buick Century that me and two other people are working on in school. took us about 6 hours total to get it out. in the process of putting it back in. would have been in today if one of the nutz for the subframe wasnt fucked and we didnt have to remove the front bumper. bumper was kinda heavy too, had a piece of the frame attacthed. shall be back in and all hooked up tomorrow. and yes i know most of you won't care, but i am proud of myself. if you knew me, you'd see that i came a long way. and now for the pics....

I just swapped a motor by MYSELF in like 6 hours you ------- -----. :6

It gets easier. Remember, extra bolts left over after the swap are God's little gifs to us.

yo get this ----. i am pretty sure i got this dumb ---- kicked out of the auto program.

today we finished up and started it up. apparently the fuel lines werent conncted all the way so fuel sprays everywhere and leaves a big puddle on the ground. we connect them and lift the car up to tighten the bolts for the bumper. this kid walks over and asks whats on the ground. we all say gas. this mother fucker pulls out his lighter and lights it while he is standing over the puddle. we finish what we were doing and the teacher comes over to make sure everythings all good. i tell him what happened and he didnt even believe me. i assured him it happened and he turns around and makes a b-line right for the kid. the other two guys in his group come over to us and say "we think Chuek is out of the program" bc the teacher talked to them.

what the ---- dude??? he could have killed like a dozen people.

only bc thats nothing something someone should do. especially when i'm on the other side of the puddle. any other circumstances i would have let it slide. plus its not like i ran to the teacher. safety first, nog. would you want this kid working with you?
