Default my engine is flooded

what the ---- can I do?
yes my motor flooded with fuel, my ignition ---- quit on me, during testing and troubleshooting I flood the motor, I got all new ignition ---- now, tried to start the engine. and smell fuel, saw it pooring from under the car, thought I had a leak, but it was comming from the purge valve, I hav it hooked up to the intake manifold but vented, it was pouring from it its sittig high so that means that the whole intake and sylinders is full, it also is mixed with my oil, the dipstick was high.
what the ---- can I do?

New oil 100%, but wait for the fuel to dry out after you drain all you can. no smoking.

I let it sat overnight with the plugs out , also blow it with compressed air, it looked dry in the cylinders.
I havent tried to start it since I havent changed the oil yet, about the spark plugs, do you suggest changing them even though they are dry and clean, and they are almost new? should I still change them?
dumb question comming from a mechanic is there a fuse in 92-95 civic that controlls the spark/distributor? I know the newer cars have a distributor fuse, but not sure about obd1. just wanna be carefull before starting again.
