My crx's with all my engine shots (Dialup not ok)
Just thought I'd take a trip down memory lane with all the engines I've had In all my crx's I've had. I was bored today looking through all my pics of my cars and stuff.

It was a 88 Hf with a D16a6. Basic bolt on's I/H/E Port & Polished head and a pretty good size cam. It was later on jacked and burnt to the ground.. I ended up selling that turbokit, then making another turbo kit and put the d16a6 back in and boost that. I got such a good deal on this I couldnt pass it up. https://www.homemadeturbo.com/ride/89si2/89sieng.jpg Stock A6 ready for some boost! https://www.homemadeturbo.com/turbo_...-install_P.jpg Another Mini-me, this one was a A6-Mini and 2 different turbo setups, 1 TD04 setup and a 14b TD05 setup. https://www.homemadeturbo.com/tech_p...engine_3_P.jpg This is where everything changed :) Finally went B-series sporting a LS/Vtec https://www.homemadeturbo.com/turbo/lsvtec/bay1.jpg Later on turned into a Turbo Ls/Vtec https://www.homemadeturbo.com/turbo/b20/b20done.jpg Blew up the LS/vtec and switched to a B20 Crvtec and changed the turbo setup around. https://www.homemadeturbo.com/ride/89si2/ls.jpg Blew up the Crvtec and installed a B18a LS, rolled it NA for awhile. https://www.homemadeturbo.com/tech_p...binstalled.jpg Sold the LS and Put in a B16a with Individual Throttle bodies. https://www.homemadeturbo.com/turbo/twin/pr3lsvtec.jpg Kept the B16a head from the B16a and aquired a B18a bottom end and made a Twin turbo setup for it. https://www.homemadeturbo.com/turbo/tt/tt39.jpg Sold the engine, but still have the turbo setup (which is currently for sale) ;) Right now my car has no engine and is just sitting dead in my garage. I still need some more go fast parts to finish up my built ls/vtec and I just bought a boat so I'm not going to get this finished until probably winter time. As far as all my turbo ----, like my 62-1 Turbo, Tial 40mm WG which is just sitting here, its going on my Girlfriends H22 Hatch, hopefully going to get that ready in the next few weeks. sounds like you are pretty good at blowing up engines. were they just worn out engines before you boosted them, or did you just get too crazy with the boost, or was it something all together unrelated? i mean, i'd really hate to blow up 1 motor. it must get expensive and aggravating.

I push every engine I own to the max, the earlier engines blew up because I was just being stupid and didnt know how to tune really. I really didnt give a ---- about the D's blowing up, but the ls and crvtec blowing up kinda sucked, running 12-14psi and racing at every single drag event along with street racing every weekend doesnt help either.
Theres a few engines that survived ;) |

----, this is the same boat that most of us are in. This is why Honda invented the D-Series, so we can gernade them for cheap and learn in the process. |

wow, this takes me back.. I used to follow this website before the forums were born just to check up on Jeff's engine/car status. Ya see I've been a HMT junkie much longer then people realize. The best is when you posted the name/address of the fucker who stole your first rex.

ya, I had a 94 VFR 750 for about 1 1/2 years. It was fun for a few months I guess, but it sat in my garage more than anything, and when I did ride it I drove it way stupid so I ended up selling it.

LOL damn what memories of jeff in his younger learning years.I remember staying late many night with him swapping ---- while try to do my side projects also.Even got a call 11.30 pm Ted bring the dolly i blew up my engine again to much boost.LOL Never blew up many after Micheal stop going for rides.... ;D
I seem to remeber a few more d series motors that where test mules for turbos.Those where the days. |

I use to check out the progress of the page has well prior to the forums . I still dont know how jeff does all these projects and still has time but cool stuff has come out of it.Can't wait to see whats next.
