My computer stopped uploading??
Is that possible? My computer has been slower than death for the past couple weeks. Every speed test I try to do ends up failing when it comes to the upload test because nothing happens. 
I can't upload photos, photobucket won't even load and certain other websites won't everr come up. WTF could be wrong??

I've got 1901 download, but when it gets to upload it just doen't do anything. Not just this test, every test I have found does this same thing.

Go to run and type:
prefetch
(delete all files in folder)
then go back to run and type:
%temp%
(delete all files in folder)
Turn off computer
Turn off modem and router and locate the reset button in the back. Typically you can press the button with a tip of a pen. Hold down the button for 15 seconds and release and let the modem sync up with the server.
(just a note you might need your login and pass for your internet so dont be pissed if you need it and dont remember it)
Restart and you should be good.
If this fails we will try something else.

There are even more files in the %temp% folder. Are you sure it's safe to delete all that ----?

It wouldn't let me delete some of those files. It said "Access denied" Is that bad?

There is a folder called NAIL logs in temp or prefetch on occasion that wont delete. I wouldent worry about it.. Oh yeah you have to close down your internet explorer/firefox/opera or whatever browser your using BEFORE you attempt to delete the files.
Follow my directions in order, and take heed to what I said about the login and password...
...before I log back in to HMT in 7 hours and I find out im banned because you couldent get on the net for a hour until you called your ISP, and had them walk you through the steps to get back online.
