Reinstall Windows, your registry is trashed. Set up all your software the way you like it. I will talk you through setting up ASR console, and copying your hive files, so you can semi-easily restore things later if you have this much trouble.

have you installed any new hardware or software right before this error started? I agree with JD-registry is screwed. you could hit DEL when it first boots up and play with some of the BIOS settings for hardware, if its a hardware issue, and remove a few things..that might help..someone correct me if im wrong...could be bad memory..or harddrive..or software..so it could be lots of things...
