Around here for a lot in the city it's about 140k, i paid 30k for my lot. Same thing tho, a golf course/high end lot here is 250-300k

It's sickening to think about how many people made MILLIONS buying lots for ~$2500-$5k years ago and held onto them to sell for $200k each. Nothing is selling now though. Chances are I'll be a meth dealer here in a few months if ---- doesn't change.
