Almy street which is right around Atwells ave, the cops know who is doing it but cant prove it. The guys doing it do a couple cars a week too :7 the same towing company gets the cars they strip( the leave them in the street and they come pick it up when the fuzz calls for a tow ). To sum it up POLICE=USELESS the only reason they even called me to let me know they found it is because they had to >:(

no the towing company is around the area, so they are the ones who have to get them when they leave them in the road

Yeah Rhode Island sucks I just got a $95 ticket coming back from looking at what was left of the car!
