ls vtec's put down around 150.. with cams/intake manifold/GOOD header) you can get around 180. 9:1 compression is hard to make power on... atleast all motor.

hahaha yea about being swift...well 1ST that was my moms car that was hit 2 weeeks b4...i didnt think anyone would hit it that soon after my moms car was hit.....but yea word...shouldnt have parked it there hahah...but on a good note i got 3000 from my insurance company....bought the car back for 450......and sold it for 1500 wrecked like that....it sounds like a good deal but its not still cause i had to put my motor in some kids girlfriends car for free....so really buying my motor swap for 1000 originally and buying the car back for 450 kinda only means i made 50 bucks off of that part of it...but it doesnt matter i guess....
