My all time favorite band is 311. (got the tattoo to prove that son? Yes.) But most of the time I listen to Country Music and Right Wing Talk Radio. I guess I'm just a good ol' boy trapped in suburban life. :P

If you like hardcore download some Death Cab for Cutie. This should fit very well. Or not. You might cry.

Re:Music...

What? no Wiggles fans?!? Fruit Salad, yummy, yummy. Hot Potatoe, hot potatoe, cold spaghetti, cold spaghetti... and the nonsense goes on and on, but hey my son likes them, hes only 16 months old and he sits quietly on the couch and lets daddy surf the net while they are on. SO they are cool with me so long as their inherent gayness doesn't rub off on him. Its really sad, I'll get to work in the morning and still have one of their stupid songs stuck in my head even after listening to the radio for 20 mins.

But on the real, nothing beats my all time 3 favorites: Beastie Boys, Rage Against the Machine, and Linkin Park

You guys are hardcore. I like alot of music. I really can't stand country music, or maybe it's the stereotypical people that listen to it? I like old school hits like Sublime, Rage, Stone Temple Pirates, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, and even 2Pac. I like alot of music, but I am not a huge fan of anybody.

Re:Music...

I listen to a lot of ska, mainly older local New England bands. Past couple of days I've been listening to this band "Supreme Beings of leisure." Music in a similar vein would be Soul Coughing mixed with FSOL.

Downset is some hot streetcore, local band Concrete christiona streetcore. I saw the underground hip-hop group atmosphere in providence this month, they did an all turntable cover of RATM's "Killing in the name of," broke my nose in the pit.

Common Rider is some sweet emo/punk/ska-riffs arangment, former members of OpIvy.

Not a huge emo/screamo/indie fan, I didn't really grow up on guitar rock, so I lack a certain musical range there.

Rap Music. For as many years as I've listened to it, I've pretty much turned my back on it, it's failing to innovate, and it's parasitic effect on black culture, and it's wholesale embrace by the elements of white-culture that I hate.... soured me.
