anybody ever use this ----? my little brother left about a gallon jar of this powder in my house and im gunna try it. it says to take a glass before a work out, and about an hour after a work out, then one before bed, and one after bed. does this stuff actually work?

i used to drink that ---- up.

best tasting stuff out there, and it works pretty good. it doesnt bulk you up like weight gainer, but it works.

dont get the premade ----. that stuff is nasty.

Yeah i just drank one a day and it worked ok. Expensive as hell though.

True Story in Shithole ass New Jersey they actually sell them in a drink cooler in 7-11's, like next to the Yohoo's. In jersey all the dudes where spikey hair, tight black t-shirts, fake tans and go to the gym twice a day. Very strange to walk around and see the same dude EVERYWHERE, whole town reaks of bronzer and Hair gel.

I wouldn't say Some one would take that like they are taking a drug. Its a food, made mostly from milk and sugar, its very calorie dense and has a lot of protien and its delicious.
