Re: Muscle heads
You guys are lifting too much too fast. I can gain muscles in no time but I get the same problem. When I first started I got a ---- load of stretch marks. I stopped for about a year, and now I'm taking it slow. I used to curl 45# weights, now I'm doing 20# weights until my arms are dead. No new marks yet. And there's some ointment, I can't remember the name off the top of my head, but it's supposed to be the best stuff short of surgery. It costs like $150 for a tiny tube, and is hard to get because it is also good for getting rid of wrinkles. You might want to look into that. BTW they fade over time.

Re: Muscle heads
stretch marks are avoidable but aren't cureable..... as long as you moiturize with like vitamin E constantly and aloe vera it helps the skin stretch my friend;s old lady jsut had a kid not long ago and she CONSTANTLY was putting ---- on her stoach so she wouldn't get badass stretch marks. Stretch marks look like *** imo.

Re: Muscle heads
If you are really big and then get smaller, the marks look like ***. My brother lost like 80lbs in a summer, so he had some serious loose skin and marks. They faded and got better eventually but never went away.
Some people say that you can rub pure Vitamin E on your skin to help, but nothing scientific really that I have ever seen.
As long as you stay big, the marks really don't look bad, just if you get small again they look bad.

Re: Muscle heads
I was reccommended to put liquid vitamin E on a one inch scar (14 small stitches) from my lip to nostril from being hit by a 6"x6"x12' post at work and having my tooth tear my face apart... it helped.. you can hardly tell I have a scar there.... 99% sure it isnt a placebo either. Ive had lots of wounds that have showed up worse.
