I got pulled over for a modified exhaust a couple days ago. Basically the cop saw the fart can on the back and lit me up.

My car is already loud because it's 3" from the turbo all the way back.

I was thinking of cutting off the muffler and putting a non functional stock muffler in its place but I dont know how much louder it would be..

so.. question is how much does a muffler with a 3" in, 5" can, and 4.5" outlet actually quiet things down?

the turbo mufflers flow like a big old peice of poo in a constapated old man, I like the maganflow xl series and I've heard good things about the dynomax ultra flows

Mine makes my car quieter significantly, my wastegate makes some noise being dumped under the car though, needs a muffler all it's own.
