i wish i could find one for that cheap in my area cause i'd jump on one fast...99-02 gixxers usually go for 2500-4000 depending on the condition, millage, and if its stock or not(atleast in my area thats what they go for and i live in washington)

Well i live in N.C and that seem's about the going rate for one. My cousin has a 99 forsale right now for 1800 and it has like 8000 mile's on it. Blue and white but completey stock. But the only bad thing about the bike is it was wreck. Well the guy that was buying it from him hit a person that was walking and the person he hit died. I dont know if you wanna drive to N.C to buy a bike but i can find out a lil more about it if you like?

damn, that sucks...so what kind of damage is to the bike?....i don't understand why in a place were you can only ride maybe 4 months outa the year a bike would cost so much used. i'd be down to buy it, but right now i'm sinkin my money into my banshee. i wanna get into mx so theres a few things i gotta replace and add to my bike. i know i'll get a crotch rocket this summer if i have the money or i might wait till end of summer/next fall to buy so i can get a killer deal. but man that is a ------ awesome deal for a 99 with those miles. the f2 that i had the guy was sellin it for 3k. i ended up trading a del sol that i spent $1200 on straight across for the bike.

There is no damage to the bike now. Wasent much to start with i think the front wheel is about the only thing that hit the guy.
