Dude you;'re missing my point. the world sucks cause dumbasses order coffe and when they are careless and spill that ---- they sue for millions cause they should have had a label. You should have to be told its hot. use common sense. if you dont want your ---- fucked up dont put it where it might get fucked up. a lot made for vehciles is where it belongs. not a sidewalk. Doesnt mean i have the right to ---- it up, just saying you have no right to be pissy abotu it getting fucked with or sat one or someshit if you dont use disgression on where you park it

it should be common sense that Bikes dont belong where people walk. I should technicaly be able to walk thourgh a portsmouth housing project with a 100 dollar bill taped to my forehead cause its mine and no one should take it. but if i really do that I will more than likely not get out with my C note if i make it at all. because that is stupid lacks common sense and self preservation.

just like splitting lanes at 50 mph or getting mad when someone bumps into or sits on your bike which is parked in a pedestrian traffic area.

That particular expample was bad cause Mickey ds has had many lawsuites before that coffe thing and they were known to heat their coffee up cause the hotter it is the longer it will taste fresh. so teh coffee wasnt hot like you just brewed it hot. it was like 10-15 hotter or some ----.

When you brew coffe at home it more than likely wont burn you bad if you spill it. this chick had like 2nd degree burns from the coffee.
