Well I finally took out the hatch to work, after months of problems after problems, the V-afc install went great last Saturday, and the car runs good, only 4psi, but it runs fine. Well I get up early to get my downpipe finished, I needed the flange to connect it to the exhaust.
So I go from my house to the only shop willing to do work like that, 30 min drive, so far so good, I'm staying out of boost most of the time, I don't want to cause any problems. Get to the shop, they fixed me up, and I get out of there around 8:25 am, I have to be at work at 8
0, no problem, I'm only like 8 min away, and they don't care at work if I get there a little late.
So I was coming over to work, and decide to stop at a gas station to buy me a drink, i'm going to be late already so 5 more min won't matter. I park, get out of the car and when I turned around to go inside the store there's a bitch on a motorcycle pulling me over.
She said I was swerving(sp) thru traffic, that my exhaust was too loud, bullshit it's just shiny, and that I wasn't wearing my seatbealt, that's when I jumped up, I never, ever, ever drive without my seatbelt, I'm not that stupid. Well she tells me that when I went by her I wasnt. Now this is after I missed the entrance to the store, drive like 500 feet to a turning lane, did a u-turn, then drove to a traffic light, waited for the green turn signal, do another u-turn, and park in the gas station. She asked me for all the papers and ----, then as a reflection, I do this every time I'm stading, I put both of my hands like halfway inside my pockets, she freaked out, and started yelling at me to take them out. I did, then after like 5 minutes, I walk and stand right behind the car on the hatch, and accidentally, again is just an involuntary reaction, I did put my hands in my pockets again, she again told me rudely to take them out, I understand that it's for her safety, but what am I going to do, shoot her with my imaginary gun, in front of the gas station, a lot of people, and a bunch of other cops that are going up and down the road.
BULLSHIT, she just pulled me over because I drive a civic. The clerk in the store was looking from inside and told me the same thing, that he saw me doing the whole thing and I didn't do anything. Needless to say, it's get the people day, because while I was there I saw 5 other cars get pulled over in 10 minutes I was waiting for her ticket. She only gave me an modified loud exhaust ticket. Of course, i didn't do anything else, and you all know a turbo exhaust is not much louder than a regular car.
Im ------- pissed. 6 months driving the WRX, 4 months with a louder exhaust, never once, did I get followed, pulled over or harrased, the first day out with the Civic, bang, another stupid ticket.
I'm sick and tired of this bullshit tickets, she told me that modifying in any way your factory exhaust it's illegal, I was like mam, It's an 88, it's like 16 years old, the stock exhaust was rusted away, I replaced it with that, and a shiny muffler. She then told me If I had any problems to take it to court. Or pay the $49.00.
Just a long *** rant, I needed to tell someone, people at work just don't understand about cars.

That's bullshit man, fight it. I had the same problem with an ------- cop in my town, he pulled me over because I was going "65 mph or so in a 35"..THE DAY BEFORE. At that zone, I don't care if you have ------- Beau's or Hotcheck's car, it aint getting up to 65 in time for you to slow down for the stop sign. He told me to stop being such a "------- hot dog" and that if he ever sees me driving on those roads again (sorry buddy, public roads, you can'd do ----) that he's going to "rip me out of my car and beat the **** out of me". I'm one of 3 or 4 people in this town that had a modified vehicle and he gets all pissy with me because I drove a CRX. My neighbor gets the same ----, he drives an RX-7 and is always accused of speeding or sumshit.
Man, I shoulda made my own rant :P

I know AbaZ or one of the mods will get pissed at me for starting yet more ----, But why do you not like the camaro? Even though I drive a mustang and we naturally hate each other, just curious.

I just never liked the car, I like the first one, what 67, I like that body style, everything else it's pretty much the same to me, and most of the drivers, at least in FL, are stupid. I love mustangs, by the way, My brother has a 66 that is just finishing restoring, and a 99 with a Roush package.
By the way I still respect any fast car, any brand, it takes a lot to make a car quick, work, knowledge.
And to keep this in topic, I might fight it, It's just funny how it took her that long to pull me over. Funny thing is I lived in a small town, and they don't bother me for ----, they are all cool, but I work in a bigger Rice infested city that sucks ***, By the way this would be like my 5th exhaust ticket, 2 different cars, and maybe the 10th time pulled over for the same ----, I've gotten out of it a few times.

There was never a body style of Camaro's or Mustangs that I truly hated.. With Mustangs, the Fox body style was my least favorite, but I still like them.. With Camaro's, I don't like the newest body style. Don't know why.
My cousin is planning on getting a 502 (sorry if wrong size) and sticking it in CamaroZ28. That would be sick with a little TT setup
