We finally agree on something, their service is horrible. I was paying $10 a month to be on my parents' plan which was cool, but then out of nowhere my bowling shoe of a phone died and they refused to give me another one immediately (I need my phone for work) so I went to Cingular / AT&T and so far it's been better but a little bit more expensive.

I have 1000 anytime minutes, unlimited nights and weekends, unlimited messaging, unlimited tzones (using the hack to allow regular http internet usage), insurance, uhhh i think that's it...and it averages 75-80 a month

Sprint is the bomb. little secret if you have a single plan you will never pay the same bill twice. it will always have extra charges overages for something..never fails...the second you switch to a split plan it stops instantly. I never believe'd it till I did it and now life is good. I pay about 115 a month for 2500-3000 anytimes, unlimited long distance, unlimited text, unlimited data (or internet) and nights and weekends at like 8 or something. 2 lines on all that. cant beat it.

I laugh at tmoble users when we are in walmart or any other concreat building where the tmoble hot spots dont get picked up. I talk fine.

Verizon and Sprint are about the only companies to go with around the VA area if you want service of any kind. Cingular requires an area code to dial the person next to you, Ntelos is just a joke and tmoble has a big issue with hot spots around here.

With tax and everything I usually end up paying around $ 75 total. I haven't been able to find a deal like this with anyone else. The minutes alone are only $49 a month then $15 for the sidekick plan with internet and txt

Ive been with them since 2000 and actually had to leave the store more than once befpre the cops got there from freaking the ---- out... LOL. Ive purposely NOT changed anything on my plan for the past two years so that i can take my number and run (next month) and go somewhere else, leaning towards ATT (After procuring an I phone - I love Josh's) I too have had countless run ins with their sub par accouinting... As Now. They "offered" me a 40 dollar credit towards their 80 dollar ---- up on my bill... And I just dont feel like paying the balnce of it right now. Actually, im kind of over it now so ill probably pay it today or tomorrow, I was going to do it yesterday, but yeah im tapped... Havent worked in 3 months.... The rebuild killed any extra disposable, and unemployment ONLY pays me 500 a week... LOL... A nigga got bills.


Im going back to MS on Thiursday.


SPrint does sucketh a big gay cock.


Maybe ill just unlock the I-Phone and goto Tmobile if lots of you nogs are having good luck there.

I worked for cingular/att for about a year and won't buy their service. I'm sure their coverage beats tmob, but I've never had a problem with getting service on my tmobile phone (unless i'm going over mountains in middle of ------- nowhere).

I've never heard anything good about sprint.

I have to call Sprint EVERY ------- MONTH and talk to some stupid ---- who doesn't speak the same language as me and get my bill fixed because they overcharge me for SOMETHING EVERY GOD DAMN MONTH. :7 I'm so ------- sick of it, I want to switch but there is nothing in this area better right now. :3 Sprint can ---- them selves. I hate those fuckers and I hate having to argue with the same islamic cock sucker each month about how they are ------- me over MONTH AFTER MONTH. :7 If I could get ahold of one of those mother fuckers I would be in jail. I don't even want to talk about it because I'm on the edge of breaking something right now just thinking about it. :7

I used to work for sprint customer service. When i went into the training for the job, I was told I would fix peoples plans, phones and bills. When I got out on the floor the only thing that they wanted me to do was get off the phone fast, don't transfer (they told us to give out the number and say we couldn't transfer) and 'maximize'. It was about nothing but selling ----. I honestly think sprint fucked up peoples bills who pay on time and had a high customer value with the most 'maximization' options. They would always double bill things like insurance then send us memos telling us the insurance was double billed and to make sure we credited it and offered a maximization. If you didn't call in, then they got your extra 5 bucks anyway. Perfect sales scheme. They also didn't train the people in the store who sold the phones correctly, so people would intentionally ---- themselves over. I remember one time during Christmas they were telling people that if they signed up for a phone contract they would get like 6 free ring tones, but for some reason no one with sprint actually put vision on the phones so everyone who downloaded ring tones without vision ended up getting charged 1 cent per kilobite, so every ring tone ended up being like 6-10 dollars.
I ended up getting put in an intensive training unit because I fixed to many peoples accounts and refused to sell anything on the floor. Ended up just leaving after being yelled at by the coke heads who ran that ---- hole slightly there after. You could fraudulently charge peoples accounts for vision service, fraudulently add second lines and tons of other things and never get reprimanded, but if you were ------- up their call center statistics (------- up peoples accounts is not monitored unless the person who fucks your account up types it in) then you were in bad. It's really a huge hustle to them, everything they possibly can do, they do to make money. The call centers aren't even owned by sprint. They're primarily owned by this French company called Teleperformance, so if bad ---- does go down, it's not really "sprints fault"

I like Sprint when they were by themself, but now that they join up with Nextel; they sucks. I can't get signal where I normally use to. When I make a call I have to raise my hand in the air to get a signal inside my apartment and the call would still dropped after a few sec. I still have to do the same outside. Sprint never chage $50 to change service from one phone to another and now they do.

I wish I never renewed my contract with them, now I'm stuck with them for another year.......

Well, most call centers are contracted out to other companies. The one I worked at did customer service for directv, cingular/att, american express, pacificare, and comcast. Cingular did some shady ---- but definitely sounds like sprint was shittier.

haha dont we have this same cell phone discussion about once every 4 or 5 months? i have had cingular / att for probably 3 or 4 years now and other than the bill being pricier than most i love it. im actually surfing hmt on my blackjack right now cuz i cant afford the internets no more. lol. but i get great signal almost everywhere except for my work. and one bar is still enough to call text or get on the internet. plus i work at a prison so i shouldnt have my phone on me anyways.

I dont think i have lost recieption since i got ATT... And i've had tmobile and EVERY other company. att has the best recieption so far and the best customer service.

Man what the ---- is this about...

So friday night I try to call some people on my cell when i get home and it wont connect, just says redialing. So I try again sat. morning and same ----. So I just think that I fucked up my phone. But no, I got to work and it ------- works fine. It works ------- fine everywhere but my neighborhood.

My dad is on the same plan w/ a newer phone ( due to a run over by forklift), his phone works ------- great. It shows I have 2 to 3 bars, but those bars don't mean ----. I never had a problem making a call w/ one bar before, not stutter, anything. O and my moms phone is the same as mine and doesn't work either.

So ---- sprint, no incomeing calls or anything works for me at my house. I bet those ---- nuts are going to try and get me to get a new phone. ---- them. I'm pissed. So what provider is best for a group plan?

I mean how the ---- are they going to have a dead spot apear right where my house is. naggers

Do you guy's get surcharges added on to your bill? And I dont mean state taxes either. i have AT&T and they add on about 5 bucks a month for "other charges". I looked into it and its money for resarch for the def and the ability to keep your same number when swithing providers.

I've got T-mobile, had them since April of last year. No big problems, customer service does right by me. I've got the 600 anytime/unlimited N/W plan for $39, then $15 for unlimited text messages. Never use all my anytime, cuz I'm a night owl, and I need to drop that unlimited text ---- cuz I dumped the bitch who wouldn't stop texting me...

They're alright, but has anyone heard of Cricket? They supposedly rent their service antennas or whatever from Verizon (hearsay from a long time ago). They're like $39 a month for unlimited everything: Anytime, long distance to US and Canada (and maybe Mexico, not sure) text, pics, and internet. Nobody's chimed in about them, but I think I'll switch when my contract ends in May. Grown attached to my number though, since it's so damn easy to remember, and I don't want to give that up unless I can transfer it.

yeah we have cricket around here but i havent heard anything good about them other than there low prices. you have to buy a cricket only phone, dont know if unlocked phones work for them or not. the internet and text is great though. but around here there coverage only extends like 60 miles in any direction. after you leave that area you get charges like 30 cents a minute or something like that. you know for making calls outside there rented coverage area lol. so if you dont travel at all it seems like a good deal but if you do i wouldnt do it.
