how can i get the most power out of my d16z6 as far as i know it has intake with HKS filter, a new exhaust i just got, and possible a cam i dont know to much cause im in afghanistan and my wife traded my lancer for it so those are the items im sure of and im about to get new headers and im going to wrap the headers n exhaust in header wrap so what is the quickest way to get power out of my motor and cheapest cause im on a budget thanks

And here, the hammer of choice is a turbo. It's best to decide on a budget and see what sort of turbo setup you can piece together for that price.
