so my brother and i both got new gateway m-1617 laptops for school, they are wireless internets ones. my brother can be sitting right next to me and pick up signal from my neighbors internet. i cant. i have tried every option under the connect to command. still doesnt work. and for some reason my laptop will play dvds i have backed up as long as a play the .vub file instead of .bup, his wont play either. im fixing to go to best buy and have them fix my ---- or give me a new one. i didnt pay 850 for something that doesnt even get internet. i have also tried it at two other houses that dont have encryptions on there wireless and it still cant find them. and yes before you say it, the wireless mode is switched on. help me please.

Step1) place laptop on desk
Step2) gently rub hands together, thus creating warmth
Step3) With one hand on laptop gently produce a thick mucous from your throat and nose
Step4) Spit said mucous on free hand
Step5) Rub said mucous on your ---- orifice
Step6) Place anus over laptop
Step7) Reverse ingest said laptop
Step Check for internet connectivity

If this fails try sending the computer back to Best. Don't bother cleaning them I'm sure they have an ------- sensor built in. So no need to hide it.

Do you still have the boxes, manuals and packing stuff which your computer came in? Go get them, unplug your system, pack it up just like it was when you got it. Then take it back to the store you bought it from. Tell them you're too stupid to own a computer.

Edit: By the way what the ---- is a ".vub" file? Do you mean ".vob" because those are the core files found on DVD's. ".bup" are just back files which contain the information about the organization of tracks, menus, chapters, subtitles, ect. The ".bup" does not contain the actual video or audio(i.e. you can't play a ".bup" file).
