Does it go away when the car warms up? Because my bro just bought an sir swap for his car and it does the same thing but goes away when the car warms up. Not sure what his problem is but thought it was the CV joint too but might not be.

im sure its not an LSD. i cant imagine any hyundai coming with an LSD

if it makes the noise in a turn then it could be the diff. but if it makes the noise when driving straight then most liely its something else. maybe you should check all of your tie rods and ball joints. its free to check it

On a Honda, tranny brought to me it would be about $200.......if it's not junk already.

Last one I only saved 3-4-5 gearsets, thru out a 4.25 FD. I was afraid the extra wear on the pinion and ring gear would have weaken it, so tossed the ---- out

Hyundai = just go get another......they are cheaper than Hondas

It could have dropped the pin, its common on some cars for this to happen.
