Me and the little lady were going to go out to eat tonight but we decided to make some wings

Here is the good ---- (cheap but its good):


I battered them in a mix of Hooters wing mix, flour, and assorted spices. I did one dip in some water/egg mix, one dip in the batter, and repeated it one more time. Fried them 6 at a time for about 13 min @ 375 degrees, and tossed them around in the sauce.

tenders look good, but i dont like that part of the wing i only like the drumlet. there is a place here in town that sells only the drumlet. they sell 30 for $7 on wensdays nights.

Oh and i made both parts of the wing, that plate just had the one kind (the kind i like)
