Did you verify if this cam is an exospeed sr909 yet?

would ban you if this isn't taken care of. You WILL be

this guy i send a cam gear and aa frp and the usps lost it, i have the receipt to prove it also, he told me he got it now he says he didnt and is trying to ---- me ---- up? and now he wants a cam i have for a replacement?

Well, can you verify that he in fact, did receive it? If you have the receipt saying you sent it, he cant do ----. Sounds like a mere threat and that is all.

If he gets really pissy, go get a cam gear off a d15b2 at a junkyard, run it over a few times and send it to him.
