Missing dowel pin in ACT Flywheel?
Am I gonna have any problem running with just two dowel pins and not three? I can't get the ones out of the stock flywheel and would two throw the flywheel off balance and give me problems down the road, or should I say ---- it ,install it and call it a day and not be such a little bitch about something like that? It ain't new since I bought it used for 85 including getting resurfaced. I can't complain for that price.

I wouldn't worry about the pin. Its for alignment but you will be fine with 2. The pressure plate only goes on in one position.

Coo. Thats all I wanted to hear. Also I don't have the cash right now for any Redline shockproof tranny fluid or GM syncromesh so what you guys suggest or used that worked well.

I use Honda MTL in mine.

Re:Missing dowel pin in ACT Flywheel?
I picked up some Pennzoil Syncromesh for 4.99 and it exactly the same thing but without the GM label on it and not with the dealer markup. Pennzoil makes the oil for GM.

Yeah mobile 1 fluid blows! It made my A6 tranny take a ---- after 4 months! I'll stick to Mobil 1 for my engine but tranny no way.
