it's brake horsepower.

Brake Horse Power (BHP) is measured at the flywheel.

Wow having "200 BHP" on the front of your car is equivillent to our ricers over here. Every time I see a video about British car enthusiast I think "America Jr... except more homosexual." British people have very poor tastes in cars usually. However that mini was alright... minus the badge.
