How do you turn a honda dizzy 180? o_OThey only go in one way . You could be off a couple of teeth, try unbolting the dizzy and turning the dizzy past where it's meant to be adjusted. If it starts bucking whichever way thats the way you are off at on the tbelt. Also are you using the right belt?
