if you get pulled over with a gram of weed and get a possesion charge they would have to prosicute u on a federal level. there is no way they are gonna do that. cost way too much and waste tax payers money on a jury trial and ----. they only way i think u would get in trouble is if u had enough to pick up an intent to distribute.
