well i just got back from my trip that projectek i guess forgot about since i told him that was the reason i need this ecu so soon anyways i pmed him and i never in any way even hinted i was keeping his ecu and i dont plan on it.

as for scottsi and all this ---- talking...your a ------- dumbass! im not a "rich whiteboy" and rather then be a little bitch and talk all this ---- why not be a man scott and come to my house you ------- pansy if you wanna handle this ----.if your done whining like a bitch over something you dont know about or have anything to do with then shut the ---- up.

as for anybody else that felt the need to just say ---- for no reason....i suggest in the future you learn a little about the person before assuming anything. peace -mike

mike, i'm sorry for calling you out like this and if you notice in my first posts, i was making sure not to say anything bad and didn't want anyone to jump to conclusions. i don't know the details of when and where your trip was, all you said was you needed to pr4 to go on a trip and you weren't able to b/c you got it late (which wasn't my fault), i'm too busy to keep up with what everyone else is doing. all i know is you were mad at me for the deal that went bad, and it wasn't my fault in ANY way, not even the slightest bit of blame can be placed on me, i never talked to you once about this. you paid someone for an ecu that he didn't even have to sell to you, then asks me to ship it to you and he will pay me, tell me who you think is at fault here. you are pissed at me and i don't think you totally understand what's going on here, once again, it's no way my fault. the 6 bucks i sent you with my ecu is enough to ship it back regular usps with tracking, i know b/c i ship ecu's every day. i'm sorry if anyone was talking ---- to you b/c of this, but i was just getting worried when i didn't hear from you for a week. as long as you say you'll send it back, then we're cool, but you never once said that you were, all you said was how pissed you were and you wanted some refund, so naturally i think your going to keep my item until your happy with the deal, but it wasn't my deal, i made an honest mistake by sending you the wrong ecu and i'm just as much a victim as you. if you pm me your phone # i'll call you and explain the whole deal a little better, i don't think you're udnerstanding what i'm saying or else you wouldn't even be mad at me.

no i understand everything and don't understand how you don't see why im pissed at you......i wasn't pissed at you before i am pretty sure i clarified that in an e-mail or PM but im pissed at you for putting a mark on my record by posting this thread. im going to ship your ecu back to you this week so don't worry, and i told you that i would discuss a refund if possible to jdmhatch so i assumed you would know im not coming after you for this. anyways BOTTOM LINE IS JDMHATCHRACER94 HAS SOME ------- EXPLAINING ALL THIS IS HIS FAULT AND LOOKS TO ME LIKE HE'S THE SCAMMER but i haven't seen you make a thread about him ------- you in this deal, kinda strange in my mind. peace-mike

he's kept in contact with me through pm's and actually sent me another ecu and some cash to cover what i had to pay for shipping the ecu to you for him, so as far as i'm concerned we're straight. i apologize for calling you out, but like i said, i didn't know the details of you're 'trip' and when you were going and how long you were going to be gone, all you said to me was 'i needed the ecu by friday to go on a trip, and now i had to postpone it'. anyways, this is just a big misunderstanding and as far as i'm concerned everything is straight now, so technically, it's not a mark on your name because at least you responded and worked it out. i just got worried when i didn't hear from you.
