I did take everything apart, yes, fork is fine, it would be nearly impossible to break a B18A1 fork, since its about as small and short as Kain's *****, they are also all cast iron, the D series Forks are way different, they are long and made out of shitty metal and that is why they break.

Today I will see WTF is going on, hopefully I get this figured out.

stretched cable? sounds like it to me. everything mechanically works but the clutch wont disengage because the pedal is stuck to the floor
hows the spring on the release fork look?

Just hit up Corey's or Andy's Autowreckers man, they won't want much for one, or anything, then you'll know if it's that.

Its fine, when I had the tranny off and pulled on the lever the release bearing went out, and when I let go it went back in, so that is fine too.
