i found a guy that wants to trade his 86 conquest tsi for my 94 single cam talon. the only problem i have seen so far is he messed up the injectors and they are no leaking. i am goign to look at it more on friday. i had a quick question does anyone know how a stock 12a(i think thats what it is) would compare to a ct26. i have one and i think i want to put it on there after i get it running right. also any one have some extra conquest/starion injectors and here are the pics of the two cars

Get that ----! A single cam Talon... err and your questioning if you should trade? Hell I'd take a Conquest that doesn't run over that. Your still gonna end up with a DSM but Starquests are the ----.

You can always pick up another talon like that for next to nothing. Try to find a decent running Starquest......good luck....Do it, now if the Talon is your only car, and the Conquest doesn't run or it will take a while to get it going, then you might think about it, but if you have another car or a way around, do it.

The injectors could be just a bad oring, simple cheap fix. If he reused the orings that's probably the problem.

It looks pretty nice.

conquest are cool and there are good running ones everywhere.

i almsot bought one for 1500 that was pretty decent shape

i have a civic hatch to get around for a little bit. but i think i can get it running right by just getting new seals and new injector plugs they seem to go bad and corode on conquests. i was thinking i might just paint it flat black. i paid 700 for the talon about two months ago so i think it is a good trade

Man, starquests are so 80s. Still pretty sweet cars though. I would do it because those 1st gen DSMs are a lot more common than the starquests. later,
