She just called me @ work. Said a guy at her work is selling a 5g civic hatch. year 95. anything I should look for when buyin this sucker? he's asking $4500CDN OBO.

$1000 cash + take over the payments totallying 1000+2800 in payments. Obviously im not giving him 4500 for it! lol

I wouldnt go as far as the bondo factor, if its just gonna be a put around, get from here to there car. I would look at things like the oil, and brake fluid, and exhaust, and the clutch. ensure everything works on the inside of the car, just stuff like that.

 

any typical leaks or anything is should be concerned about.

The 5th gen is the only honda that I didn't complain about rust and it looks so sexy.
the interior light for the heater buttons most likely don't work all my friends civic and mine ex civic had that problem, but everything else worked...just do what the guys abouve said.

if u can, remove the back seats before u buy it to check for rust
