$2000 for a beat to ---- automatic DX coupe? I dunno man, I'm desperate and I don't think I would take it for that price. :-\

Just the body that's shot? What does that leave? The engine is ----, the tranny is ----, the body is shot, how is the interior?

Maybe it's just me? I would rather have a straight body than anything because I hate body shops with a passion. The rest of the car doesn't matter to me. :-\

IMO $2000 is too much.

It definitely is just you. I sometimes buy an entire car just to get my hands on one of those sweet sweet automatic Honda transmissions.

Werd. All the misc pieces of the manual swap add up quickly. Plus there is some rigging that needs to be done with the shifter and wiring. Not worth it IMO.

i'm with you on that, i would rather have a car with a nice body and a fucked up engine/trans/suspension/etc. than a fucked up body. body work sucks and it sucks to have to pay people to work on your car (especially body shops). and yeah, 2g's is kind of a lot for that, by the time you fix the wind shield, lights, body, auto to manual conversion, you will have spent the same amount if not more than if you just bought one in good shape with a manual already :-\
