miata boost?
Anyone know how much a 1.6 miata can handle for boost?? i think im gonna get my dads in a month or so, pretty nice florida car for free .. so im not gonna say no. Ive been looking around i think ive read like the internals are good for 250 but the rear end about 200 unless upgraded with rx7 rearend. dont know what id run for management though if i boosted it. safc or megasquirt

I could be wrong but I dont think there is any one that boosted a car for there wife yet. If I am wrong then you might have a chance at some info for your miata.

I would love to have a miata, Arron looked at one with rust, smashed fender, faded paint, torn top, 145000 miles, flooded interior, etc. for $2000. They handle amazingly, and the engines take alot of abuse. Have you tryed flyinmiata yet for info?

ive looked at flyin miata a bit i actually just emailed their tech. if you look theres 1.8 conversion in a 90 making like 300 somthing at 20 lbs , yea the autocross in these are crazy. yea aaron got pissed cuz i told him i was pickin it up for free. lol well though we all dont just go and BUY our 11sec dsms like him.. have any of us actually seen him work on a boosted car? oooh wait no he buys them thats right. and then gives us ---- for drving sohc hondas that run 14/15's boosted.. imo hes an ass when he talks cars. hes a true baller in the auto ls now
