I picked it up last night and holy ----. Greatest game ever. How many of you nogs are on PS network? I'll add you and we can dominate online.

The only metal gear I've played was I think MGS2, the one on PS2 where you started on the deck of this big ship. That game was ------- awesome, I can't imagine how sweet this one is.

Damn Blu-ray makes me want to buy a PS3, but the online content and expandability of the Xbox360 makes me want that. ---- I will just have to have both. lol. Too bad I don't have the scratch for that.

Been waiting for this game forever, the MGS series has been my favorite since the first. Just didn't plan my finances right and now I don't have the money to buy the damn PS3 bundle. ---- words. Guess I'll just have to wait a few weeks.

You ain't a fan til you played the NES Metal Gear haha. I still play my MGS on PS1 sometimes and love it.

They make all types of guns/missles/etc. Brb, gotta jump into the drop down ceiling and infiltrate ----.

Nope, I mean Metal Gear Solid 3: Subsistence. Re-release of MGS3: Snake Eater but with extra ----, including the NES games Metal Gear and Metal Gear 2.


Substance was the re-release of MGS2 with extra ---- for the Xbox.

you can catch me on PSN under the same name as here.....i have about 12 hours into it and i'm only on the 3rd act....i guess i'm just to busy looking through everything on every level....plus hard is a bitch to sneak around on.

My buddy max just beat it in a 12 hour sitting....he skipped all the cut scenes though.....but still....i was like WTF

I'm on act 3 too, just killed Laughing Octopus. Killed her final stage with the tranquilizer and got her mask camo :P

Kinda weird to see snake with a creep girl mask on, haha.

I've been wrecking fools with my M4. I just played it on normal for now since it's my first time. After I beat it I'll go on hard.
