i dont see anything better.. my system will only show 3 gigs but i might as well get 4 since i only have 2 memory slots..

plan on getting an 8800gts soon.. and a 600watt power supply...

Check your motherboard spec, maybe it is not supporting 2GB per slots... Sometimes, only one of the two can handle 2GB and the other 1GB... What is your motherboard model?
