also, it depends on what state your in; some states ticket the driver if the passenger is under 18; in Georgia, it doesn't matter how old you are, you or the driver is getting a ticket; except for pickup trucks, you can ride in the passenger seat w/o a belt if your over 18...(deliverance theme)

I got a ticket once for wearing no seat belt as a passenger. I was so pissed. We were on our way out of town and the dkcik head pulled up next to us and looked at ME and swooped in and pulled us over. I didn't pay the ticket or show up for court so they sent me a nice letter saying they are going to impound MY car if I don't pay. How the ---- are they going to impound MY car for not wearing a seat belt in someone elses car? What if I don't have a car? Then what bitch? The ticket ended up costing me $357 in the end. I would like to give a big ---- YOU to Needles California.

It's also legal to not wear a helmet on a motorcyle out here if you're over 18. You can risk your life on a motorcycle without a helmet, but not in a car with no seat belt.

I like to get seatbelt tickets from motorcycle cops.

just to be safe I think I'm going to start wearing a helmet when I drive.

I always wear my seatbelt, I don't feel secure without it and I've always worn it since I was little so it's a habbit now.

monday my work is closed!!! oh sh.it, I don't normally work mondays anyways. and fu.ck, I just now realized that I can't go to court monday to pay my ticket because monday is a fu.cking holidy, what a bunch of bullshi.t!!

i have to change some axles, do a tune up and pull out my blown motor. i think im gona have to start a shop cuzz im turning into a freaking mechanic

that sucks u guys dont like seatbelts, they actually do save lives. im just so used to putting the belt on i dont even think twice about it. oh wait my accord puts the seatbelt on me automaticaly

Infact that's what I'm going to do this weekend, found the PFA Organization. Yeah that's right, I'll drive around town, pull up to the biggest most ridiculous SUV I can find; then I'll make sure that a soccer mom is driving and atleast two of her fourteen ------- toddlers are in the back; then I'll hop out of my car, punch out the window and use a bullhorn implanted in her ear to get my message across. Then once their precious mother is deaf and possibly violated, I'll proceed around to the turret hatch of this tank, swing it open and scream obsenities directly at the children all while guzzling a pitcher of beer and smoking a pack of cigarettes and throwing raw pieces of cow flesh at their faces. And once I have removed every shred of decency from this family I will plant a PFA bumper sticker on the bump and drive off...cause the ------- light is green.

hahaha, I vote ban, I've rear ended 2 people cause i didn't pay attention, at stop ligths i take my foot of the brake and usualy start readin love letters i get from doofnoils mom, and so ofcouse my car rolls forward, and bam, rear ends em.

yeah, sure you could call those mistakes, but I have no regrets, there was no damage, and the only reason why I didn't pay attention to my car moving was I didn't care, I wasn't worried of anything happening if i rolled forward and bumbed them, besides, if my luck was right I could have rear ended a hottie like your mom, and picked her up for a date.
