Melted plug, while running pig rich!?

So yeah, I melted the tip of my number 1 Cylinder plug, yet my car runs pig rich, as in 24-26 mpg while throwing black smoke... I thought plugs melted under lean conditions. I was running NGK ZFR5j on a NA D16a (like a Z6). Here are the pics...

Any suggestions on what plug to run, Till I get it leaned out.

happened to me when i use to be na in a stock b16. but my spark plug wire poped off and it was missfiring. so i pulled the spark plugs and the whole tip was missing on one. i wasnt getting black smoke or anything just running it really hard. i was going 130 for about 5 miles straight
