well my day starts every morning at 6:00 am when i go to work. the when i get off at 3:00pm i come home and run 2 miles, then take a nap. after that at 6:00 pm i go to the gym and for one hour i lift, do crunches and what not. then i do stand up for 1 hour. then i do submission and grapling the last hour. so i'm a pretty well in the stamina department. when we train we train really hard so its like i'm fighting everyday. plus i think its sweet to pick up an extra $800 on the weekends. makes things easier around the house, lol.

Nice fight mang. You might not have put him down as quick/as easy as you hoped, but you definitely controlled the whole fight, you were clearly the more experienced fighter. We have a jiu jitsu club at my school, just a bunch of guys that get together and beat the ---- out of each other-- its great--theres a few guys that take classes and a couple more that do real fights so they kinda show us new stuff and beat the ---- out of us until we learn-- we really only do the groundwork. I got out of it for a while because of a shoulder injury from skiing, but I'm going again now-- its like crack. But props, its sweet that you're doing it professionally.

that would be sick if you could get to the level where you only had to fight a few times a year to make a living. keep chuggin man, good start so far and maybe we will see you on the ultimate fighter 4
