me and JD pm's back and forth..............................scammer ?
i posted these pistons for sale and he knew that they came out of a z6 pushing 15psi on a fmu and a 75 shot. i talked with him about the set up numerous times i still have those pm's to if you want to see them
first pm i ever got from him about the problem after the sale
i tel him that since even he admits to there being shipping damage let file a claim and get it solved that way.
his responce was

lets see how the insuranse works out. send me pics of the valve reliefs and any other shipping coused problem. to my email tonlocbabyshya@excite.com and a letter explaining how they are damaged so i can get the ball rolling Grin
the ball is already rolling on the insurance refund. shouldnt take long. when i get the money i will refund you.
are you keeping the pistons ? or sending them back ?
this is where we both found out that i wasnt the one who would get the refund HE would. and i explained to him all he had to do was fill out the paper work his responce was.

then i dont hear a word from him for 8 months then out of the blue he mentions my name in his 52mpg thread and i'm deamed a scammer. i dont know what his problem is when he agreed to figure out the claim thing. now he is mad at me becouse he has a lack of motovation to stay on the post offices *** and get his money back the way he agreed to ? why dont he call there with his claim number ? why dosent he go make as much of a ruckus there as he does here bitching about it ?
