Get a video camera and hide it. Catch her doing it a few times then call the cops and have her arrested and a restraining order put out against her. You can't just kick her out if she has established residence there by law. If she is abusive and can prove it and get the restraining order she will have to move out. I would get a few "attacks" though. That way you can take it to the custody hearing and bitch can say bye bye to kid. Maybe plant some crack in her car and call the cops to report a anonymous tip on a drug transaction.

Go to court monday morning and file for a divorce, or at least a seperation, then she'll know your serious (of course you are) and if the apartment is under your name kick her out. tell her she has a week to take all her things or they'll be in the dumpster come trashday
