well there's a reason the west coast is darker then the east coast...time zones anyone?

it's 10pm on the east, its like what, 4-5pm on the west? who needs lights then?

each time zone was done at the same "time" for example, each time zone was done at its "midnight", so the photos were taken over a 2day period (considering that it really takes 2 days for 1 day to pass) and then compiled together.


it would not make much sense to take a picture of the west cost while the sun is still out, that would ruin the whole thing

Not exactly There is only a 3 hour difference. 10 PM in the East, 7 PM in California. Not a 6 hour difference.

Was it only me that found it funny that north korea is completely shafted :P. Japan through S. Korea that ---- is brighter than hell then as soon as you get to the parallel it's gone hah
