Mandrel Bent piping

I did a search and nothing helpful came out. Does anybody here know of a website to roder mandrel bent piping? I know that JC Whitney has it, but I would like to have more options. Thanks.

HOLLY S&%T !! Those guys are high. Dont buy from any of those web sites, I can get that stuff for about half of what they charge. Everything will be on the web site in a few days(two weeks tops) but untill then if you need anything just Email me at CustomCoach@comcast.net and I will give you a price. Unfortunately I have not found a good supplier of carbon steel mandrel bends yet, so JC Witney is still the best price on those, but I can beat everyone on aluminum and stainless.

hey man what is cheeper? aluminum or stainless? i need to order some mandrell bends next summer for my ZC powered CRX, and this ---- is so expensive in canada that its not even funny, a 2.5" 90 dgree bend cost around $90 canadian.

you da man Custom Coach! I'll email you with some measurements. I'd rather use a standard steel tho, or whatever is cheaper, as long as it is mandrel bent. Your customer service is top notch! I will be more than happy to deal with you again. Peace!

Stainless is the cheapest, in some cases its cheaper than carbon steel, and does a better job. Aluminum is the most expensive but it makes nice intercooler piping, nice and light. I will make a post over the week end about pricing and welding. I will even try to give some prices on silicon and rubber hoses for connections.

I love this guy! BTW got the intercooler on monday! VERY NICE! I already installed it and it looks amazing on my 99 civic. It looks like the large Greddy unit when installed, fills up the whole opening!

Glad to hear you like it, send pics when it's done. We NEED pics.

I can send pics...I'm gonna get a digital camera today and join the 21st century. So you will then have pics of the cooler installed on 99-00 civic. It was not too hard to install but took me awhile to get it PERFECTLY straight. Plus all the beer breaks. I bolted it right to the bottom of the actual bumper, not the plastic bumper cover but the metal one thats supposed to absorb energy in a crash. Anyways, I just drilled through the top and bottom of the bumper and dropped two bolts through and torqued those suckers! it's rock solid! For now I just taped off the inlet/outlet till my turbo comes in. Let me know about that mandrel piping!

Awesome dude! Mine is not installed yet. I'm waitint on customcoach for the mandrel piping. I took some measurements. I'm gonna mount mine on the bumper supports. It's gonna be bad ass, i can already tell. It will be mounted solid! You're right tho, it'll fit perfect on 99-00 civics. :)
