Im gonna give you what I know since I own the EFI PMS and have it in my car. It is easy to install since it plugs right onto your stock ecu "piggybacking". The difference between this and other piggyback systems is this unit controls your ignition timing as well. It has tons of options, like a two step, nitrous control, vtec control and boost control. You can have 3 preset tunes and can switch between the three with a twist of a ****. With the optional InterAcq software that they sell, it will do datalogging and become a standalone system with even more fuel and ignition tables for you to adjust with. You can adjust by WOT, Part throttle and idle. Its a pretty nice "first" time tuning unit.
Overall my opinion on the EMS is that it does what it says it will do. You can find good condition used ones for 500 or less. Good luck and I hope this helps you make your decision alot better.
