A Man in Black Came to me...

and that fucker gave me a ticket. stupid police dude couldn't give a guy a break.

anyways i got a CVC 4000 (a) here in California for those who don't know.

i have bad tags on my car. but i paid for my registration a long time ago, I also have insurance. just bad tags on my car.

in California when you pay for your registration and the DMV knows you don't have insurance they don't issue you your tags. but when you do get insurance and you go to the DMV to show them the paperwork. THEY STILL DON'T ISSUE YOU YOUR TAGS. instead they want you to mail Paperwork AND Pay an additional $14 to file it to Sacramento where they.. i have no fucken clue what they do with it. but you can show the DMV you have the paperwork, and they can have the electronic transfer in their computer (which by my understanding since 2007 the law states Insurance company have to provide the information) but you still have to mail it out anywyas.

WORST SYSTEM EVER. anyways, the cop at the very least let it be a correctable infraction.

so imma have to go pay for the stupid $14 and get it mailed out and pay out the transaction fee.

I want to contest this violation, But i don't want to lose the ability to actually only pay a corrected transaction fee. rather then a full CVC 4000 (a) violation.

any info you guys can give out?

Bad ideas:

1) You live in Commifornia

2) You thought they were going to give you a break. (rofl hahaa wtf bbq?)

3) The ticket is a run-around where you still give the state $14 for being in the right.

4) Fighting a ticket doesn't make the sentence more harsh, it only exposes their corruptness.

If they are stupid enough to live there and pay taxes to a (morally, financially) bankrupt state, why discriminate?

My sister lives in north hollywood, walking like 4 blocks from her apt to K-mart i saw at least 3 groups of people get arrested, then we got to the store as security was chasing some guy out the front door carrying a duffelbag, oh and noone spoke english, the price of gas was 2dollars more a gallon, traffic was a goddamn nightmare, everything was expensive...etc. oh yea the weather was nice on the non-smog warning days, lol.

Do you know how much money you can make off of commies with green guilt?

signorelli21 02-26-2009 09:19 PM

Re: A Man in Black Came to me...

No, theft negates ownership, therefore you wouldn't be making money, they would be giving their stolen loot to you out of some bullshit moral justification.

Also part of the socialist system is that people who "have" are always the target of the people who "don't have".

Cali may be full of commies, but they still use federal capitalist bonds.

I'd be making money.

Can you say Incorporated in RI?

Dot who?
