It's a scam. There is nothing more to say about it. IT'S A ------- SCAM. Let's say he "invested" $2100 and after a year he starts to actually make some money(YOU ARE NOT MAKING MONEY UNTIL YOU'RE OUT OF DEBT). If he would have "invested" that money into a legit busines or even deposited it into a high yielding savings account he would have been making money from day one. My brother used to participate in something like this where you get paid money to surf the net. The only difference was you didn't have to pay anything or give anyone money to participate.
