I say read up on how to put a turbo on there, you can probly get er done as your first kit for under 7 or 800 if you take some time to look. If your good you can do it for less..

Put a chip on the motor. You can get a bag of motor chips at Autozone for pretty cheap. They are good for up to forty ponies and you will be smokin' stangs AAAALLLLL day. You will need new tires every few months but it's worth it for that kind of power gain.
Remember to put the chip ON the motor not in the motor. You'll need to put a chip in the intake too or else you will get a cumputer message that says
Warning! Danger to manifold
