I posted up something similar recently, it seems there are a few chinese turbo manufacturers around. All making shitty knock off turbo's.

I sent them an inquiry asking what warranty they offer since most chinese turbos are ----.

I thought that the dancing children in the top right corner were particularly humorous and add a certain credibility to the site.

As a professional manufacturer with nearly 12 years’ experience, we take active parts in manufacturing and developing different models of Turbochargers and Performance products. The precise workmanship and strict QC ensures our products enjoy an outstanding reputation on the market.

Yes, I have to confess that there're some manufacturers producing cheap turbos in China. In Chinese after market, you could even have turbocharger at a very very low price, if you choose. For example, they're using normal DI instead of high and mediums Mo-Si DI, they're using compressors in 403 instead of K213 or K18...

Our main market is Europe and America. We’re supplying turbochargers and other relevant parts to Volvo Penta, TMI, Biagio and other OEM manufacturers. So, quality is always prior to any other considerations for our production. Just take turbocharger test comparison between Wa-line, Holset & other Chinese manufacturers

TEST PERCENTAGE OF EACH ORDER

Rotation speed Wa-line Holset Other Chinese manufacturer

Rotor balancing 3,000 rpm 100% 100% 100%

CHRA balancing 120,000 rpm 100% <20% most of them don't have CHRA balancing equipment

Hot gas testing 160,000 rpm 5% N/A for normal orders most of them don't have Hot gas test equipment

Though the equipment investment and test cost is quite high, but it's worth it.

By the way, we know how to make those turbos, which we call economy models. But we'll never do them to keep the brand's name.

*We, Wa-line, is a professional manufacturer with 12 year's experience and do know the game rules. Not like other Chinese manufacturers you mentioned, we don't have interest to sell to everybody, including retailers, dealers even end users... Our strategy is to cooperate through dealership.

Please be kindly informed that product warranty for turbocharger is seven months after B/L date; for other turbo systems, is one year. Enclosed please kindly find our brochure. Hopefully, you’ll find something you’re interested in.

Should there be any questions or requests, please feel free to let us know. You may rest assured that any information from you will have our prompt attention.

Have a good day!

Best regards,

Grace Wu
